
Our participants are busy women who are looking for some guidance and are ready to achieve real results. These challenges were created in January 2021 as a way to support women during the pandemic. Since they’ve been such a success, we are running another one to kick off the new year! Our workouts focus on fat-burning and muscle building, requiring minimal equipment such as weights, resistance bands, and a mat. Led by Coach Laura Jackson, each session is tailored for joy, support, and transformation.
We foster a supportive community through daily interactions in a private chat, along with weekly live Zoom workouts. This is a safe space where women can connect over shared fitness goals without any judgement.
